This policy explains how TROKUT arhitektura d.o.o. collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Croatian data-protection law.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is TROKUT arhitektura d.o.o. For any data-protection enquiry, or to exercise your rights, contact us at info@trokut-arhitektura.hr.

What we collect

We collect personal data solely through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, subject (optional) and the content of your message. We also record the interface language in which the enquiry was sent. You provide this data voluntarily so that we can respond to your enquiry. We do not collect data through any analytics or marketing tools.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and any related follow-up communication. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering received enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

How we store and forward data

A submitted enquiry is stored in our database and, at the same time, forwarded to our e-mail address so that we can reply to it.

Processors

We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We are assisted by carefully selected processors acting on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (hosting and serving of the website and database), Mailgun (Sinch) (e-mail delivery) and Vercel Blob (media file storage).

Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards, typically the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention period

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 12 months after the last communication — unless the enquiry leads to a business relationship requiring longer retention, or the law obliges us to keep it longer. After that period the data is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@trokut-arhitektura.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.

Cookies

This website uses only a single essential (functional) cookie that remembers your chosen interface language. To show the intro animation we also use temporary browser storage (sessionStorage), which holds no personal data and never leaves your device. We use no analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking tools. Should we introduce any in future, we will ask for your consent beforehand.
